Terms & Conditions – Carbon Customs

Welcome to Carbon Customs! By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

• These Terms govern your use of Carbon Customs and any purchases made through our website.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes where required.
• Payments must be made in full at checkout. We do not accept cash on delivery.
• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as production begins immediately.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders take 1-2 business days to begin production, followed by an estimated 10 business days for production and 5-7 business days for shipping.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or other external factors.
• Tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped.
• Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds unless the order has not arrived 5 days after the expected delivery date (see our Shipping Policy).

4. Returns & Refunds

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
• Refunds or replacements are only provided for:
  • Damaged or defective items (must provide clear photo/video evidence within 48 hours of delivery).
  • Incorrect items received (must be returned first; we cover return shipping and provide a $100 refund for inconvenience).
  • Lost in transit (if tracking shows no movement for 21 days domestic / 30 days international).

5. Steering Wheel Installation & Liability

• Customers must transfer their own airbag and buttons into the new steering wheel.
• We are not responsible for any installation errors, faults, or damages caused during the process.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct and safe installation. If unsure, we recommend professional installation.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

• Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team is considered fraud.
• We provide proof of delivery and policy agreement to dispute false claims.
• Customers who engage in fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned from purchasing.

7. Warranty & Liability

• Carbon Customs is not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation or use of our products.
• Our products are intended for off-road/show use unless stated otherwise.
• We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, images, and branding on Carbon Customs are the intellectual property of Carbon Customs.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.
