Shipping Policy – Carbon Customs

Order Processing & Production

• Once your order is placed, it will take 1-2 business days to begin production.
• Our products are custom-made, and production typically takes around 10 business days.
• Production times may vary slightly depending on demand, but we aim to complete all orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

• Once production is complete, shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days.
• Shipping times may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

From the date you place your order, expect an estimated delivery time of 16-19 business days (processing + production + shipping).

Shipping Delays & Refunds

• Delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors are beyond our control.
• Refund requests due to shipping delays will only be considered 5 days after the expected arrival date based on tracking information.

Lost or Missing Packages

• If tracking shows no movement for 21 days (domestic) or 30 days (international), we will investigate and provide a resolution.
• If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office or courier before contacting us.

Refund Policy – Carbon Customs

No Refunds for Change of Mind

At Carbon Customs, we take pride in providing high-quality custom products for Holden Commodores. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or buyer’s remorse.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed, as processing begins immediately.

Shipping & Delivery Delays

All shipping timeframes are clearly stated in the product descriptions. Refunds for late deliveries will only be considered 5 days after the expected arrival date, based on tracking information. If your order is still in transit, we cannot issue a refund.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only granted under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Items – If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must provide clear photo/video evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
• Incorrect Item Received – If you receive the wrong item, you must first return the incorrect product to us before we send a replacement. We will cover return shipping costs, and once we receive the item in unused condition, we will ship the correct item.
• Lost in Transit – If tracking shows no movement for 21 days (domestic) or 30 days (international), we will investigate with the courier before issuing a resolution.
• Non-Delivery – If tracking confirms the package was never delivered, we will offer a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact our support team at carboncustoms.aus@gmail.com within the specified timeframe.
2. Provide your order number and clear evidence (photos/videos) of the issue.
3. Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days and provide the next steps.

Chargeback & Fraud Prevention

All orders are processed with fraud detection measures. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting our support team, we will provide Shopify/PayPal with proof of delivery and policy agreement to dispute fraudulent claims.
